In this role, Ingrid will be pivotal in guiding the firm’s strategic direction, fostering client relationships, and leading design teams to deliver exceptional architectural services.

Ingrid will lead the design and delivery of large-scale multifamily, mixed-use and hospitality projects that shape communities and elevate the built environment. Ingrid will oversee projects from initial concept through completion, balancing design vision and innovation with stakeholder priorities. Her leadership includes managing multidisciplinary teams, coordinating complex consultant efforts, navigating entitlement and approvals processes, and maintaining technical excellence across all phases of development.

Ingrid Marrone brings over 20 years of experience in architecture. Previously a Principal at WDG Architecture, she built a reputation for excellence managing many of the firms highly complicated projects, such as the 718,000-SF Sursum Corda in Washington, DC. Recognized for her deep understanding of the unique challenges and requirements of specialized projects, Ingrid has earned acclaim from clients and industry peers alike. Ingrid is also engaged in the community through her involvement with organizations like NAIOP Northern Virginia and CREW DC.
