Our founder, Chris Lessard, has practiced architecture since 1982 and has designed hundreds of residential and mixed-use buildings—many of which have become signature, community-defining landmarks. From single-family homes to townhomes, custom residences to senior living communities, and build-to-rent to hybrid models, our team approaches every project with a deep understanding of site-specific challenges, community context, and brand-driven design solutions.

We have the ability to understand the economic constraints of a project associated with land values, project financing and market conditions that exist today, and assist clients from the very early planning and rezoning stages through to designing an eye-catching, finished interior, and everything in between.
