Replacing underutilized space, The Lowell residences sit atop an EV-friendly parking structure providing residents and patrons with state-of-the-art charging technology options.  With over 4,000 SF of tastefully appointed common area, The Lowell offers residents a classic masonry facade, surrounded by verdant plants and integrated landscaping.  Amenities include a dedicated fitness studio, indoor club room with event hosting possibilities, and an outdoor patio with lounge and gas-fired grill.  The Lowell distinguishes itself with tasteful interior design, meticulous attention to detail and sophisticated elegance at every turn.  As our commitment to the community, we contracted with esteemed local artist Valerie Theberge from the McLean Project for the Arts, for the installation of the sculpture, Absence and Presence.  The Lowell has altered the future of downtown McLean and is the definition of modern, convenient living offering a 3,850-square-foot roof terrace for residents and a combined 6,100 square feet of public open space from a corner park and a plaza park.
