Portside at East Pier is a $67 million, multi-phase luxury mixed-use residential complex on the East Boston Waterfront. East Pier 7 of this mixed-use development includes 176 residential units with an average of 1,081 gross square feet per unit, including 17 studio units, 85 one-bedroom units, 54 two-bedroom units, and 6 extended-stay studio units. East Pier 5 and 6 include 13,679 square feet of amenity space, featuring a swimming pool, fitness center, and clubroom, as well as 113,392 square feet of garage space with 306 structured parking spaces, built using 3A-over-1A podium construction. These phases also include 9 extended-stay units, with Building 5 totaling 134,715 square feet with 132 units, and Building 6 totaling 158,563 square feet with 152 units. In addition to spectacular views of the Boston skyline, the development includes a parking garage, theater space, fitness center, business center, concierge service, dog-friendly amenities, and more. Portside at East Pier contributes to East Boston’s ongoing renaissance and growth as Boston’s next boomtown.
