Livana Livingston is a 280-unit multifamily rental development at 550 and 570 West Mt. Pleasant Avenue in Livingston, New Jersey. The project is being built on the site of the former Westminster Hotel and an adjacent former bank property. The development will consist of two separate buildings, one tailored for residents aged 55 and over and another open to residents of all ages.
Units at Livana Livingston will be offered in one-bedroom, one-bedroom-plus-den, two-bedroom, and two-bedroom-plus-den configurations. Of the total units, 56 will be designated affordable housing. Each building will offer lifestyle-specific amenities: the 55+ building will feature private saunas, coworking spaces, a game room, and a rooftop terrace, while the all-ages building will offer a family-focused experience with amenities like a kids playroom, teen arcade, resort-style pool, and speakeasy lounge.
