1100 Riverhouse

Riverhouse 11 at Port Imperial is part of a master-planned community overlooking Manhattan directly on the Hudson River. Oriented to maximize facing views of the river, the building is part of several proportionally matching buildings. The challenge for this project was making it unique while maintaining similar bulk and height to the surrounding buildings. It is the first building on the Hudson River to have a roof terrace with unobstructed panoramic views of the river and a 50% green roof. Riverhouse 11 features a large courtyard, an outdoor kitchen, barbeque spaces, and unique amenities such as a rock climbing wall, golf simulator, and a spin and yoga room. All the amenities are arranged vertically with visual connections to each space. Amenities are placed to maximize view opportunities.
