July 9, 2025 – Lessard Design Inc. (LDI), a renowned architectural firm specializing in innovative design solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Leticia Flores as Principal. Chris Lessard, CEO of Lessard Design Inc., congratulates Leticia for her exceptional contributions to the firm and remarkable expertise in Mixed-Use and Multifamily projects while serving as Associate Principal for LDI.

With over 25 years of industry experience, Leticia has consistently showcased her exceptional skills in designing and delivering successful projects within the Mid- and High-Rise Multifamily, as well as Mixed-Use, sectors. Recognized for her deep understanding of the unique challenges and requirements of these specialized projects, Leticia has earned acclaim from clients and industry peers alike.

Throughout her career, Leticia has played a vital role in leading and managing high-profile projects up and down the East Coast. Her New York projects include Clinton Park Towers and Huguenot Towers in New Rochelle, and Phase 1 of Hamilton Green in White Plains; her Connecticut projects include Best in American Living (BALA) award winner, The Asher, and Julius, in Stamford; her Virginia projects include Greatest American Living (GALA) award winner, Westmont, in Arlington, and Erkiletian’s mixed-use complex at 621 North Payne Street, the award-winning green Centerpoint project in Fairfax; and in New Jersey, The Glass House, another BALA award winner. Her ability to seamlessly integrate functionality and aesthetics has left a lasting impact on the built environment, positively influencing the communities they serve.

Prior to joining Lessard Design, Ms. Flores was a founding owner of an architecture firm in Mexico City, Mexico. She was also Director of interior design and construction for a medical specialties clinic in Mexico City. She is a code and accessibility expert, supervising the implementation of building standards. Ms. Flores is experienced in several construction types, including IB, IIIA, and VA. Leticia states, “Architectural design emphasizing people and residents involves creating spaces that prioritize the well-being, comfort, and needs of individuals who will inhabit or interact with the built environment. This approach goes beyond aesthetic considerations and incorporates elements that enhance the human experience.”
