Jodi Leigh brings over 16 years of experience as President of The Leigh Agency, where she built a reputation for excellence in strategic marketing and interior design. Her work has earned her more than 60 awards for marketing and interior design excellence, including national recognition for creative campaigns on behalf of Top Ten Homebuilders. Throughout her career, Jodi Leigh has led marketing initiatives for major planned developments such as Avenel, Broadlands, Clarksburg Town Center, Lakelands, Maymont, Villages of Urbana, and Reston Town Center. Her hybrid firm specialized in integrated marketing and design strategies—offering services ranging from cooperative builder campaigns and website development to social media management.

Leigh’s expertise extends into the design and outfitting of commercial and multifamily spaces. She has provided space planning and interior design services for Century 21 Redwood Realty offices, and has managed FF&E design, purchasing, and installation for major clients such as Lincoln Properties, Willow Bridge Property Company, Willowick Residential, and Hines. An active member of ASID and a participant in prestigious programs such as the GALA Awards, Leigh maintains strong involvement with key industry organizations including NAHB, BALA, NVBIA, MNCBIA, and HBADE. Her design background will also help Lessard Design broaden its service offerings by integrating interior design into its portfolio.
