Lessard Design International is an architecture and planning firm dedicated to creating environments that foster connection, collaboration, community, and commerce. Headquartered in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, we also maintain offices in New York and Ahmedabad, India.


Our award-winning work has earned recognition in multiple international design competitions and has been featured in leading publications, including The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, and Urban Land Magazine.

We provide comprehensive architecture and planning services for new construction, redevelopment, renovation, and expansion projects. With a deep understanding of the economic factors that influence development—such as land value, financing, and market conditions—we support clients from the earliest planning stages through design, construction, and occupancy.
