Daniel Morales

ASSOCIATE PRINCIPAL

Daniel Morales brings a global design mindset and more than 25 years of expertise in architecture, urban design, and master planning to guide all Single Family, Townhome and Land Planning efforts as Associate Principal at Lessard Design. His international experience enriches his work, fueling a passionate, multi-disciplinary approach to every phase of design. At his previous tenure with Parkwood Homes, Daniel was the company’s lead architect and planner responsible for all urban and architectural design of traditional neighborhood developments in Maryland, Colorado and Utah. He is also a member of the podcast “Architectural Delight,” as well as the Institute of Classical Art and Architecture. Mr. Morales holds a Master of Architecture Degree from Syracuse University School of Architecture from Florence, Italy, and a Bachelor of Architecture Degree from the Pratt Institute School of Architecture in Brooklyn, NY. He is a licensed architect in Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, and Utah.
